The packaging is a big deal and so the customer needs to make sure that it has been done very specifically and during the packaging process the video must be made which could be requested by electrovik.com from the customer anytime. Our international customers can return the product within 15 days after they receive the product and they shall also make the video while packaging the product.Our international customers can expect the refund into their electrovik.com wallet but in terms of our international customer’s courier charges $ 20+$ 20 = $ 40 and 3% payment gateway charges will be deducted from the same amount if you money in bank account. If you put the refund money in your electrovik.com wallet, then gateway no charge will be deducted.
